Obtaining a new power supply

General requirements

If you need a new connection, a load increase or decrease, transfer to three-phase with or without power modification, rehabilitation of service or meter transfer, please take into account the following requirements:

• The owner of the house or a third party duly authorized by him/her through a proxy letter and authenticated signature, should carry out the arrangements at the commercial office.

• The meter box should be located where there is free and permanent access for the company personnel, that is, at the limit of the public thoroughfare, at the edge of the municipal sidewalk, without elements that prevent access.

• For the immediate location of the property, show the address at the front of the property. Also the interior installations in charge of the user should be ready.

• In the event you already have energy supply, your payments should be up to date.

• Identify whether it is a single family or multi family household.
