Branch Offices

Our branch offices will always serve you, however if you want to save time and gain comfort, we recommend you to call FONOLUZ: 617-5000, in order to solve your commercial queries and emergencies.

Visit us when:

  • You wish to pay your up-to-date or matured bill. Remember that you can pay your bills in the Authorized Collection Centers if your supply has not been suspended due to outstanding debts. Once the bill is paid, service will be reestablished within the following 24 hours.

  • You need to subscribe a Payment Agreement.

  • You need to submit the necessary documents to the company in order to demand a new supply, rate change, power variation, meter removal, change of name, claims, etc.
    Call FONOLUZ: 617- 5000 to ask previously the requirements to submit a form.

    Public Opening Hours
     Monday to Friday 8:15 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (*)

(*) The branch offices service on saturday is only for bill payments.

Note:

  • The branch office of San Bartolo and the Collection Offices of Villa María and Mala open during the winter and summer Monday to Friday 8:15 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • During the summer, the branch office of San Bartolo opens on Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Besides the Authorized Collection Centers (CAR, in Spanish), there are nine branch offices and two offices where you can make your queries and your payments.
