What if...?

I turn an appliance and a power cut occurs

• Potential cause
  The fuses burned, there are too many appliances connected or the appliance is defective.

• Solution
  Unplug it and change the fuses of the main switchboard. Call a specialized technician to check your appliance.

The plug or cable overheats when the appliance is plugged

• Possible cause
  Connection to outlet is defective.

• Solution
  Call an electrician to check your connections. Send the appliance to an authorized technical service.

When turning the electric appliance on, the light intensity decreases in the house

• Possible cause
  Fuses are loose, switchboard contacts are defective or the cable selection is not sufficient 

• Solution
  Ask an electrician to check your fuses and the switchboard connection terminals, and come to our offices to demand a power or supply increase.
