For your convenience, Luz del Sur has established agreements with commercial chains so that you have different options to make your payments.

At the time of payment, require your receipt or voucher that proves the cancellation. In the case of online payments, request a confirmation by mail, print your transaction and/or take note of the transaction number.

Banks

(1) Interbank, Scotiabank, Pichincha and Falabella banks accept payments with 1 month of debt up to 12 days after the due date. For receipts with overdue debt, payments are only accepted until the due date.


(2) Payment restriction for users with service cut off due to debt: Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. until Sunday at 12:00 a.m., holidays from 5:30 p.m. the day before until midnight.
