1. What are the reimbursable contributions?

Reimbursable contributions are the client's contribution to finance the extension of the installations up to the connection point, or to increase the necessary distribution capacity. These funds must be returned to the client as set forth in articles 83° y 84° of the Law of Electrical Concessions 25844.

The user has the right to receive shares, bonds, etc. of the company as recognition of these contributions.

 

2. Which modalities are used to return contributions?

These are the modalities used to return contribution:

Cash reimbursement: The overall contribution is returned in cash, up to a maximum of S/ 4.000,00.


Return of Energy: Return of the overall contribution in almost 60 installments. The term will be determined according to the amount of the contribution, applying thus the rate in force corresponding to the rate plan.


Cash and Energy: Contribution is returned through a cash payment of 30% of the contribution, and 70% under the same conditions explained in the former paragraph.


These modalities replace those previously used and are applicable to all users which contribution has not been returned yet.


To have your contributions returned, we would appreciate it if you could come to the Budget and Studies Department, in the 16th floor of our headquarters, Canaval y Moreyra N° 380 - San Isidro, with the appropriate documents to subscribe the contract.

 

3. Which documents are required to have contributions effectively returned?

Natural Person:

  • Original and copy of the bill or receipt proving the contribution.
  • Original and copy of the bill or receipt proving the contribution.
  • Original and copy of the title deed or Minutes of Sales Contract of the premise for which contribution was made.

 

Legal Entity:

  • Original and copy of the bill or receipt proving the contribution.
  • Original and copy of the legal representative ‘s identity card.
  • Original and copy of the title deed or Minutes of Sales Contract of the premise for which contribution was made.
  • Power of attorney of the company's officer or legal representative. (Original and copy)

 

Tenant (natural or legal entity)
Apart from the previous documents:

  • Letter of attorney with legalized signature, through which the owner authorizes the tenant to receive the reimbursement of the contribution.
